This festive event, organized by the Ellis County Hispanic Organization (ECHO), promises a day filled with lively entertainment, delectable cuisine, and cultural enrichment.

A live podcast recording and stand-up variety show hosted by Tony Hinchcliffe and co-hosted by Brian Redban. Audience members have their names pulled from a bucket for a chance to perform 60 seconds of stand-up.

Let the natural harmony of the outdoors expand and deepen your yoga practice.

Join us as we explore Cedar Ridge Preserve. Allow yourself to be energized by fresh air, glinting sunlight, and rustling leaves during yoga in the outdoors.

$20 covers: your suggested entrance fee to the park, an hour-long yoga class, a donation to the Audubon Dallas group (who take care of the park), plus a group hike on one of Cedar Ridge's gorgeous trails!

We’ll be meeting near the bathrooms / educational building to start!

The trail we are taking has some moderate inclines and slopes.
Be sure to wear adequate shoes with traction (preferably hiking boots).

In the case of rain or any other inclement weather affecting the ability to hike or practice yoga, AYC will credit your ticket towards any future AYC event or class.

For almost 25 years, the Rhode Island-based band – Joel Hanks on bass, Scott Begin on drums, Pat Downes on vocals and guitar, Danny Torgersen on horns, keyboards, and guitars – have successfully paid tribute to Sublime, the influential California group that brought ska-punk and reggae-rock to the mainstream. Badfish’s heartfelt celebration of Sublime’s musical spirit and legacy is so sought-after that they’ve headlined theaters, sold out shows, and played 15-20gigs a month.

But now, Badfish is more. After two decades of Sublime reverence, Badfish originality is stomping into high gear. Comedian and Actor Harland Williams is known the world over for his hilarious movie roles and outlandish stand up and sketch comedy routines. Getting there: The parade route begins at Commerce and Houston Streets downtown. Pro tip – DART is the best way to get to downtown Dallas for the Dallas Holiday Parade. DART’s rail stations and bus stops get you within blocks of the parade route, and you can avoid the hassle of parking. The parade starts at Commerce and Houston streets.
