This year’s tour features standout homes in 6 neighborhoods. Each property offers its own architectural character, history, and story — and the lineup is truly exceptional.
Two local businesses will also open their doors for exclusive behind the scenes experiences:
Dirt Flowers on Colorado Blvd — a chance to step inside one of Oak Cliff’s most creative floral studios where, for nearly ninety years, this location has stood as a rare example of a commercial property whose mission has focused on a single purpose—the art of floral design.
East Dock on Clarendon — where Proxy Properties will showcase the history of the 1915 warehouse and offer a look at how preservation led the development of new restaurants, and other unique businesses. You’ll enjoy admission to the Annual Oak Cliff Art Walk; showcasing 250 juried artists.
The Heritage Oak Cliff Fall Home Tour is the major fundraiser that supports Oak Cliff neighborhoods. Tour proceeds fund grants for neighborhood beautification projects, street sign toppers, tree reforestation, neighborhood websites, community events, National Night Out activities, and more.
